Full-conference registration is $199 per person. In addition to access to all sessions and workshops, this price includes 7 meals plus, at most venues, a light breakfast the day following the event. Three nights of on-campus housing is available to all full-conference registrants for no additional cost.

The standard per person registration rate is already discounted (that is, expenses of each PALCON are partially subsidized by the USA/Canada Region and Global Clergy Development). However, a further discount for spouses is offered at some venues. Such additional discounts are determined by the host venue within the bounds of the partnership between the PALCON office and the USA/Canada Region Field served by the host college/university.

No. We've opted to extend the lowest possible rate for as long as possible.

Yes. The single-day rate is $109 and, with the exception of the opening day of the conference, includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for that calendar day. On the opening day, only the dinner meal is included in the single-day rate along with access to any pre-conferences offered free of charge. On-campus housing is not available to single-day registrants.

The full registration option remains open until the opening day of the event. However, the availability of on-campus housing is assured only for registrations made more than 10 days prior to the first day of the event (for ENC, prior to June 10; for SNU, prior to June 15; for PLNU, prior to July 20). Yes, you certainly can. In the event you need to cancel the registration of any one individual, the refund/cancellation policy will be applied on the basis of each individual registration.


Payment options appear at the end of the registration process and include the following:
  • Payment by VISA or MasterCard
  • Payment by debit card
  • Payment using PayPal. The PayPal includes the option of payment by eCheck (this requires your bank account routing number, etc.)

There is no surcharge added for any of the payment options shown above.

First, complete your own registration (and that of your spouse, if applicable). You will need the confirmation number for your PALCON registration in order to register your children.

Then, register your children by following the link under the "For Your Family" section on the Event Information page (the page that first appears when you access the PALCON registration site). This link will give you more information about what is offered to your children during PALCON as well as instructions for registration and payment. You can also find this link for your venue by selecting "For Your Family" on your venue's page at

The registration of any children must be accompanied by the registration of at least one of the child's parents or by the child's legal guardian.

If you must cancel your registration, return to the registration site and select "Already registered?" to cancel your registration. You must follow this procedure in order to receive any refund for which you may qualify (see the information below).

As a courtesy to us and to the staff of the host venue, we ask that you follow the procedure above even if you do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations result in a refund according to the following schedule*
  • A 100% refund for cancellation 21 or more days before the opening day.
  • A 50% refund for cancellation 11-20 days before the opening day.

There is no refund for a cancellation occurring 10 or fewer days before the opening day of PALCON. In the event you must cancel due to a bona fide emergency, please contact the PALCON office as soon as possible at

Any refund for cancellation of the registration of a child at a venue offering a family option for PALCON participants is determined by the venue, and any such refund will be received directly from the venue rather than from the PALCON Office.

Note: precise dates appear on the registration site. Any refund is determined based on the date of cancellation as indicated by the time/date recorded the moment your cancellation is made on the registration website.

If you realize you have made an error or need to update your registration in some way, proceed to the registration site for the PALCON you are attending and select "Already registered?" The option to modify or cancel a registration will appear.


Every venue has made arrangements for on-campus housing for married couples. However, couples housing is limited on some campuses. Early registration is strongly encouraged if you wish to take advantage of on-campus housing, which is available to full-conference registrants at no additional charge.

You will have opportunity during the registration process to make special requests concerning on-campus housing.

It's up to you! During the registration process you will have the opportunity to enter the name of the person you wish to be your roommate. If you do not indicate anyone in particular, a roommate will be assigned to you.

We realize there are some instances when single occupancy may be necessary. You may indicate this request on your registration and be fully assured we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you are making such a request, you will receive a separate communication from us on this matter.

Bedding and towels will be provided!

There is no adjustment to the cost of registration if you decide to stay off campus. On-campus housing is simply an option available to all participants without any additional charge.

Any participant wishing to stay off campus need only indicate this preference during the registration process.

Extended stay arrangements must be made directly with the host venue. Priority is given to those whose situations truly necessitate any extension. Contact the PALCON office ( to find out who best to contact at your selected PALCON venue.


While PALCON is designed especially for all Nazarene clergy, non-clergy spouses are welcome as are individuals preparing for ministry or in the process of discerning a call to vocational ministry.

Yes, you certainly can! We are confident you will be mindful of other PALCON participants in your efforts to provide care to your infant. However, please be advised that infant care is not provided at most venues. If such care is provided at a given venue, it will likely involve additional expense to you and taking advantage of any such care is at your own risk.

For children more than a year old, we strongly encourage you to make other arrangements for their care unless your selected venue is providing a family option that includes care for them throughout the daytime PALCON sessions.

We anticipate providing language interpretation at each venue as follows:
ENC: Spanish, French, Chinese
SNU: Spanish
PLNU: Spanish

Professional and confidential counseling is available at no charge to all PALCON registrants during the event. You may make advance arrangements to meet with a counselor or set up a time once you have arrived at the venue. Details will be posted to (select your chosen venue) as soon as such information is available. This information will also be printed in the conference program and announced during plenary sessions.

Absolutely! A Lifelong Learning Event Code will be printed in the conference program along with all the information you need to report your participation in this learning event.

Go to the Lifelong Learning Registry to create an account, if you haven't yet done so! The Registry provides a simple way to record and report your participation in lifelong learning events. It is available in several languages and is a very user-friendly tool designed for Nazarene clergy throughout the world with access to the internet.
